How do I upgrade or downgrade my membership?

You can change your membership tier at any time through your member
portal or by contacting our membership team. Changes will take effect at the
start of your next billing cycle.

Can I share my membership benefits with family?

General and SOL memberships are individual. PALCO membership includes
benefits for up to 6 people in your private box and can accommodate family
members.

What happens if a match is postponed or cancelled?

If a match is postponed, your tickets remain valid for the rescheduled date. If
cancelled, members receive priority booking for the next available match or a
credit towards future purchases.

Are there any age restrictions for membership?

Members of all ages are welcome! Children under 12 can join at a 50%
discount rate, and youth (13-17) receive a 25% discount with valid student ID.

Can I cancel my membership anytime?

Yes, you can cancel your membership with 30 days notice. You’ll continue to
receive benefits through the end of your current billing period.
